Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers:
Your reservation may contain any of the products listed below. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing via email or within this agreement, all products included in your vacation package are nonrefundable upon receipt and as agreed upon by submitting your payment or authorizing Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. to charge your credit or debit card. Many lodging providers charge a daily resort fee upon check-out that is not included in your pricing from Rocky Mountain Getaways, please inquire with your vacation consultant for details on additional resort fee charges that may be charged at check-out and not included in your charges through Rocky Mountain Getaways. Please read the information below carefully. While the cancellation policies are non-negotiable, Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. will make every attempt possible to work with our suppliers in an effort to obtain financial consideration in the case of a cancellation or trip delay, but we make no guarantees of refunds and reserve the right to retain all funds received without consideration.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the purchase of Travel Protection through Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. Travel insurance packages not only protect your vacation investment in the case of cancellation (we offer policies that cover your entire investment when cancelled for a covered reason as well as policies that cover 75% of your investment in the case of cancellations for ANY REASON), insurance also provides invaluable medical benefits, lost baggage, trip delay and interruption, property losses, and a variety of other major benefits. Please consult your sales representative for additional travel insurance information and to purchase.
By submitting payment you acknowledge the inherent risk involved in the activities provided for in the your reservation. Furthermore, you agree to release Rocky Mountain Getaways from any and all legal liabilities or responsibilities for injury or death resulting from use of any of the products or services sold under this contract. Furthermore, you agree not to pursue legal action against Rocky Mountain Getaways in the event an injury or death occurs while participating in any activities arranged or recommended by Rocky Mountain Getaways.
Flights:
Flights purchased through Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. are nonrefundable at the time of purchase. The following Flight Rules & Regulations apply to special vacation and published airfare, unless expressly indicated otherwise. Published airfare has additional airline rules and regulations that apply and vary depending on the airline and the airfare purchased. Please read all rules and regulations applicable to your airfare carefully. Flight details (e.g., aircraft, times), are subject to change. All tickets are nontransferable and name changes are not allowed. Tickets are valid only on the dates and times indicated unless an exchange is processed. Special vacation airfare cannot be exchanged. Some published fare tickets can be exchanged for travel at a later date, subject to airline approval and the following restrictions:
· The original ticket holder must use the ticket.
· The ticket must be used on the same airline.
· The new ticket must be re-booked prior to the original flight time and date in some cases.
· Travel on a re-booked ticket must be completed within one year of the original ticketing date.
· The ticket\’s value is limited to its current face value.
Tickets are nonrefundable. A fee based on the specific airline requirements and any additional flight costs will be charged for itinerary changes after the tickets are issued, provided that the booking rules were followed. Prices do not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline.
Ground Transportation:
Ground Transportation in the form of rental vehicles and/or shuttle service is nonrefundable upon purchase otherwise agreed upon in writing via email or within this agreement. Rental vehicle payments made to Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. represent the base rate of the vehicle and do not include Taxes, Surcharges, Usage Fees, Fuel Charges, Additional Products and/or Services other than the base rate, Additional Driver Charges, Underage Driver Charges. These additional fees will be paid directly to the rental provider at the time of vehicle return. Charges for additional or young drivers may apply at the time of rental. A valid Credit Card and valid Driver\’s License for all drivers will be required at time of pick-up.
Unless otherwise stipulated in your pricing quote, payments for shuttle services made to Rocky Mountain Getaways do not include driver gratuity and may be subject to additional fuel surcharges instituted by the shuttle provider following payment but prior to the actual date of travel. Shared shuttle service may require travel times in excess of 5 hours prior to flight departure and may include additional stops to accommodate transfers as well as pick-up/drop-off of other travelers sharing the same shuttle. Additional customer requested stops, other than at an off-site check-in location, are not included with shared shuttle service but may be included in private shuttle service pricing or offered at an additional charge. Rocky Mountain Getaways is not responsible for missed flights resulting from delays caused by traffic, mechanical, or driver related issues.
Lodging:
Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. utilizes lodging suppliers to provide our customers with their vacation accommodations. With most of our lodging offerings being located in rugged mountain destinations, it is possible that a specific rental may become uninhabitable due to a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, weather related events, damages incurred prior to your dates of stay, and foreclosure (for example). Our suppliers reserve the right to transfer reservations to accommodations they deem to be of \”equal or greater quality and location\” to the accommodations originally booked in the event that those original accommodations become uninhabitable for any reason. Some of our lodging properties require an additional parking fee, cleaning fee, and/or daily resort fee that will be collected upon check-out, please consult with your Vacation Consultant for possible additional fees that may be assessed to your reservation by the property at check-out.
Bedding, furnishings, utilities, and property amenities cannot be 100% guaranteed, even if confirmed by your Rocky Mountain Getaways agent, and subject to change at anytime prior to occupancy. Services and amenities, such as but not limited to fireplaces, hot tubs, electronics, shuttle services, etc, are subject to operational restrictions that may render these items as unusable in the case of mechanical malfunction.
Ski access terminology are general descriptions and do not represent exact and guaranteed services and locations. Descriptions such as: ski-in/ski-out, ski-in/shuttle-out, ski-in/walk-out, shuttle to slopes, walk to slopes, and all other terminology used to represent ski access and property location are approximations. Walking distances to ski access and other landmarks are relative approximations and are not intended to represent exact distances and lengths of time. Ski access and services including complimentary and on-demand shuttle services are subject to snow conditions, particularly early and late season as well as during low-snow periods, resort operations, availability, and service cancellations.

Lift Tickets, Rental Equipment, Ski & Snowboard Instruction, Activities, Additional Service:
Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. makes every attempt to utilize the most professional and reliable services to provide our customers with quality products. Rocky Mountain Getaways, Inc. is not responsible for issues resulting from a lack of or diminished services provided by the supplier. Upon final payment, all monies collected for these products are nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing via email or within this agreement. Changes made to products within 30 days of travel may or may not be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and may require a change or cancellation fee.
Refunds for completely unused or unused portions of products are not permitted unless otherwise stipulated in writing via email or within this agreement. No-shows or last minute cancellations for any products or activities will not be afforded any refund whatsoever. Products are nonrefundable as a result of limited usage due to weather or mechanical situations that render lifts non-operational.
Season Passes, Epic Day Passes, Specialty Lift Ticket Products:
All sales of Epic & Ikon Season Passes, Epic Day Passes, any specialty lift product such as 4-Packs from any resort, and any Season Pass Product valid at any resort are final, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and fully nonrefundable.
In the case of paying a deposit towards an Epic Pass product you agree to the following terms:
BY PAYING A DEPOSIT I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM COMMITTING TO BUY THE PASS(ES) FOR THE 2019/2020 SEASON. I UNDERSTAND THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I agree the credit card provided will be authorized for the remaining amount of the Season Pass product purchased. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to my credit card on or around September 15, 2019. Once the deposit payment has been made, the deposit payment cannot be cancelled or refunded, nor can the pass purchase be cancelled or refunded.
