Uley’s Cabin Experience

Enjoy a unique dining experience where getting there is half the fun. Ride in an open sleigh pulled by a snow cat to a cabin tucked in the woods. You will join Chef Leo Novak for an exceptional dinner. The menu will feature Colorado cuisine with French influences and will change weekly. Favorites include Colorado Elk, Braised Lamb Shank and Cedar Planked Salmon. A full bar and a handpicked wine list are available to complement your dining experience. Then bundle up afterwards to take the sleigh back to the base area. Sleigh Ride dinners are available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Advance reservations required.
